Booking Notes for all cottages
- Changeover occurs each Friday or Monday
- Shorter stays available except July and August
- Personal local attention to help you during your stay
- Booking deposit 25% – balance due 8 weeks before arrival
- £150 returnable deposit for damages and breakages for Green Cottage and Beachcomber Cottage. £200 returnable deposit for damages and breakages for Creek Cottage.
- Linen is provided but not towels, beach towels or tea-towels
- Pets may be permitted by arrangement
- All our cottages are non-smoking
